1. Agreement
By placing an order with AtlasMadeAtelier you agree to these terms. An order is accepted when payment is captured and you receive our confirmation email.
2. Artisan craft
Every fixture is hand-hammered and hand-pierced in Marrakech. Small variations in pattern, tone, patina and dimension (±3%) are intrinsic to handmade work and are not defects. Product photography is representative of the design, not the individual piece.
3. Custom wiring & installation
Fixtures are wired to order with the socket standard you select (E26 for US/Canada, E27 for EU/UK/Morocco) using certified components. Hardwired pendants and sconces must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local codes. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or incorrect socket selection.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are charged in US dollars; other currencies shown are approximate conversions for reference. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
5. Production & shipping
Production times are shown on each product (typically 2–6 weeks). Each order ships insured in a custom timber crate. Orders of $1,500 or more after discounts ship free; otherwise a flat crating & freight fee of $95 applies. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
6. Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refused shipments are returned at the buyer's cost.
7. Returns
You may return an undamaged, uninstalled standard piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return freight and re-crating are at your expense. Custom commissions, made-to-measure chain lengths and installed fixtures are final sale. EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
8. Damage in transit
Inspect your crate on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours with photographs. We will repair or replace the piece at no cost.
9. Guarantee
We guarantee craftsmanship and wiring for five years from delivery under normal domestic use.
10. Liability & law
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product, except where law forbids such limitation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
